Professional Experience: I have been a full time agent since 2016 and I have specialized in property management and rentals since I retired as a First Sergeant from the United States Army.

Education and Interests: Graduated from Folkwang Musik Hochschule in Freiburg, Germany. I am a member of the Sierra Vista Symphony Orchestra, the Sierra Vista Community Band and the Desert Swing Orchestra. I recently won the 2018 Mayor’s Arts and Humanities Award, Performing Arts Individual.

Personal Information: I am married and have three beautiful children (Stephanie - Miss Sierra Vista 2017-2018) , Brandon and Chase.

Connie Ward, has been involved with property management since she started investing in real estate herself over 20 years ago. She currently owns rentals of her own in several states . Connie is active in NARPM and has worked with the organization to help promote best practices for property management. In her off time-she does competition offshore fishing in Mexico and travels extensively. Connie currently lives in Sierra Vista.
